LULU
Given her formative years as an RAD-trained ballet dancer, Lulu’s transition into yoga came naturally. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga To The People New York, 2017 led by Sam Chase, German Bravo, Kathryn Abuja, Shanti and Subhan Schenker, Erin Vaughn Rose and Yoshio Hama. She has since taught across New York, Hong Kong and London.
With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Lulu’s approach blends dynamic asana, functional movement, mindfulness and meditation. She believes wellbeing is something that can be integrated into everyday life through simple, sustainable practices that support physical, emotional and mental health.
Passionate about making wellbeing accessible, Lulu has delivered yoga and meditation programmes in schools, communities, and corporate settings, working with organisations including Hong Kong International School, AIA, Shangri-La Group, and Société Générale, as well as brands such as Lululemon and Our Recess.
Committed to lifelong learning, Lulu completed her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 and has developed a growing interest in supporting women through fertility, conception, and pregnancy. Drawing on yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, she aims to create nurturing spaces where women feel supported, empowered, and connected throughout their journey.
Through En Wellbeing, Lulu’s intention remains to help people cultivate greater inner peace, resilience, and wellbeing — both on and off the mat.
